My product is very specific – can you still help?

Yes. Experience in a specific industry helps, but isn’t always necessary – most of the difficulty in entering French-speaking markets is cultural and communicative, not technical. In the free 30-minute call I’ll tell you straight away whether I can add value in your case.

What if, after the consultation, I realise the market isn’t right for us?

That’s still a good outcome – you’ve saved a lot of money and time. Without the consultation, that realisation usually comes after six months of unsuccessful attempts. After a EUR 150 investment, you get clarity within a week.

Is the document confidential?

Yes. Everything you share during the call stays between us and is used only for your consultation. If we move on to a larger project, we sign an NDA before it begins.

How long from booking to consultation?

Usually about a week. The first call happens within 2-3 days of your request. If we decide to work together, the document takes a few working days to prepare, depending on your company’s size and the nature of your business.

What language is the consultation in?

English by default. If your team prefers Lithuanian or French, just let me know – I work in all three regularly.

Can I bring several team members to the consultation?

Of course. In practice it often works better – the director, the sales manager and, if relevant, a technical lead all hear the same plan at the same time and can discuss it together right away.

We already work in France – is the consultation useful for expanding further?

Yes. In that case the analysis focuses more on what isn’t working in your current strategy and how to improve it. Many companies are already operating, but sales aren’t where they expected – that’s something I work with often.
