Who we are
The controller of this website (frenchbridge.lt) and of any personal data submitted through it is MB French Bridge.

What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide when you contact us:
- via the contact form on the website: name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), message content;
- by phone: your name, phone number, and any information you share during the call;
- by email, if you write directly to info@frenchbridge.lt: your email address and the contents of the message.
The site has no analytics tools, uses no cookies, does not track your browsing, and does not log your IP address.
How the data reaches us and where it lives
The contact form sends the information you submit directly to our inbox at info@frenchbridge.lt. Form submissions are not stored in the website’s database. The website keeps no backups containing personal data and stores no server error logs.
In practice, the only place your data lives with us is the info@frenchbridge.lt mailbox.
Why we process your data
- To respond to your enquiry and contact you when you ask us to (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a), consent).
- To enter into and perform the service contract if you become our client (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To retain accounting and tax records when an invoice is issued (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c); Lithuanian accounting legislation).
Who we share data with
- Hostinger Operations, UAB (Lithuania) – hosts our website and email mailbox, acting as a data processor.
- Our accounting provider – only for the invoicing details of clients to whom invoices are issued (name, address, billing data).
We do not pass your data to any other third party. We do not sell it and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that did not lead to a contractual relationship: emails are deleted from the mailbox no later than 12 months after the last contact.
- Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship.
- Invoices and other accounting documents: 10 years from issue, as required by Lithuanian law.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- know what data we process about you and obtain a copy;
- request rectification or erasure;
- request restriction of processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time;
- lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (ada.lt).
To exercise these rights, write to info@frenchbridge.lt. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS. Access to the email mailbox and hosting accounts is limited to authorised personnel of MB French Bridge, using strong passwords and two-factor authentication.
Children
Our services are aimed at business clients. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 16.
