Free 30-minute call

A short first contact online. We ask about your company, product, current experience in francophone markets, and goals. We tell you whether we can help. No proposal yet – this is a mutual fit check.

Week one

Strategy session (150 EUR)

A one-hour conversation. We present a tailored analysis – how your product fits the market, the concrete opportunities, the pricing, the first steps. After the session we decide together: continue together or proceed on your own with a plan in hand.

First month

Execution with the chosen service

If we decide to work together, we pick the service that fits your need – client prospecting, representation, training. We sign a contract with NDA, agree on concrete goals and budget. We start.

Beyond

Long-term collaboration

Most projects move into a long-term form – representation grows into an ongoing consultant role, prospecting moves from one campaign into ongoing work. You can end the project after any agreed phase – no long-term commitments.

Can I start with client prospecting and skip market research?

Yes. If you already know your product, your pricing, and who you’re selling to, market research isn’t required. We start with the free 30-minute call to check whether sales development really fits.

How long does a project usually take?

It depends on the service. Market research – about a week from strategy session to deliverable. Sales development – minimum 3 months to see real results. Representation – one-off or ongoing depending on need. Training – 2 to 6 weeks. We give you exact estimates after the first call.

Can I start with one service and add others later?

Yes – this is usually how it goes. A client starts with market research, then moves to client prospecting, and later adds representation for the important meetings. The services are modular – no contract forces you to use what you don’t need.

Do you work on fixed prices or hourly rates?

The strategy session is a fixed 150 EUR. Other services are per project. After the initial calls we deliver a concrete proposal with budget brackets, broken into phases. We never work on “hourly rate, we’ll see how long it takes” – that doesn’t work for you or for us.

What does the free 30-minute call cover?

An online meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams). Questions about your company, product, current experience in francophone markets, and goals. We tell you which service fits best, and whether we can help at all. If we’re not the right match – we recommend alternatives or institutions. No commitments.
