A 30-60 min call before the meeting. We review the partner’s profile, your goals, and what you expect from the conversation.

We get familiar with your product, pricing, and technical specifications. We ask the questions your partner is likely to ask.

Negotiation limits

We agree on what we can’t say without your approval – prices, deadlines, commitments. We sign an NDA.

Debrief after

Within 24 hours – a structured debrief. Not just what was said, but what your counterpart actually meant.

You pay for a specific meeting, not a salary.

For online meetings there’s a clear starting price, because the scope is predictable: preparation, an hour of meeting, debrief. For trips and hosting, the price depends on duration, number of cities and specifics – so it’s agreed individually after the first call.

Travel costs (flights, hotels, transport) appear on the invoice separately – with no markup.

A full-time French-speaking employee – from 2000 EUR/month plus taxes, recruitment costs, and the risk they won’t fit. Our service – only when you need it.

Can you represent us in our place, if we don’t attend ourselves?

Yes, if we agree on the limits beforehand. During the briefing you tell us what we can confirm independently (for example, meeting date, general terms) and what requires your decision (price, deadlines, commitments). After the meeting you receive a structured debrief – so you know exactly what was discussed.

How do you ensure proper representation – you’re not our employee?

Over 12 years working in francophone markets I’ve led more than 100 business meetings. Each time we follow the same process – briefing, getting up to speed, NDA, debrief. We absorb your product context to a level that allows proper representation. If we don’t know something or aren’t sure – we tell the partner we’ll come back with an answer, rather than improvising.

How far in advance do we need to book?

For online meetings – at least 5 to 7 business days, so we have time to prepare. For trips to France, Belgium or Switzerland – 3 to 4 weeks, because meetings, logistics and travel all need to be coordinated. For urgent cases we try to find a solution, but preparation quality depends directly on the time available.

Do you work only with France, or also with Belgium and Switzerland?

We work with all three francophone markets in Europe – France, French-speaking Belgium (Brussels, Wallonia) and French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg). Each has its own business etiquette nuances, but they share the same French language.

What happens if the meeting turns into a negotiation?

During the briefing we agree how far we can go without your approval. If negotiations move into territory that needs your decision, we take a break – call you, or agree to give the answer after the conversation. This isn’t weakness – the French see this approach as professionalism.

Do you sign an NDA before starting?

Yes, before any briefing where you share sensitive information. The NDA covers product specifications, pricing, client lists, strategic plans – everything discussed in preparation or in the meeting.
